Free Workshops (1:00 - 4:30 pm)

Shaped-Note Singing

Two 1½ hour sessions

Instructor:  Anne Lough

One may choose to take one or both sessions.  For the less experienced, we would suggest taking the first session if only one is taken.  The sessions will not be duplicate sessions, and session 2 will build on the 1st session.  It is, however, fine to attend only one session if you want to take one of the dulcimer sessions also.

Hymns for the Dulcimer

Two 1½ hour sessions for both beginning & more advanced players

Workshop Schedule

Workshop I (1:00-2:30 p.m.)

Workshop II (2:45-4:15 p.m.)

Hymn Sing & Share (4:30 – 6:00 pm)

We’ll all come together to share hymns and worship at the end of the day.  You can play instruments (dulcimers and whatever else you bring), sing, listen and/or just enjoy the time in God’s presence.  There is no cost for the day or any part of it, but a love offering will be taken to support world hunger during the Sing & Share.
