Southern Strings Festival An intimate, one-day festival who is deeming this a "pocket festival." If you really like being at face-to-face festivals, I hope you will support these smaller festivals that are trying to come back after COVID. Many are starting out small and testing the waters. Late Winter Dulcimer Festival Formerly known as the "Mid-Winter Festival" this one-day festival is sponsored by Joe's home club, the Foothills Dulcimer Club of Shelby. Like many small festivals who have been out of commission the last couple of years, we are starting back with a slightly smaller staff and venue to test how badly people want to continue face-to-face festivals. This year's instructors include Jeff Furman, Joe Collins, Judy House and Kirk House. We found a beautiful venue that we're excited about sharing with you. Menucha Dulcimer Festival A 4-day workshop in the beautiful and amazing Columbia River Gorge about 30 minutes east of Portland.
